This started off really badly again, I woke up in the same mood as I had gone to bed in, as the day went on things improved alot really, I didn't have a head ache, and my mood defintaly improved, best of all I was realising, I could do this, and hoped I was through the worst of it!
Was really proud of myself as a friend brought over a home made lemon drizzle cake (she didn't know about lipotrim) which is my fave but I did not cave in.

DAY 5

Better day today again, woke up feeling fine, and in a really good mood! Had more energy this morning which was good!
Have been quite tempted by food today, a little bit headachy but not sure I have been so good with the water today so that will be why I am sure!
On the whole, I am pleased with nearly completing 5 days and will have to watch myself over the next 4 days as I will not be at work now til tuesday!

Did well despite a visit to Costa Coffee 1st thing where everyone was having hotchocolate and pastries, I however stuck to black coffee and didn't feel like I was missing out! Please do not be fooled into thinking these are anything like 'milkshakes', they are not-or so I have read...

When I woke up this mormning was feeling quite happy until I realised that the big day had arrived! Started off with a big glass of water as per instructions from 'enthusiatic' pharmasist then took Roly for a walk, he got an extra long walk this morning, think it was my way of putting off the shake. Eventually we got home and I added the 'vanilla' powder to the water...yum....and decided to be brave and actually drink it. Do you know what? I actually was not that bad, I mean I am not talking macdonalds thickshake here, or even crusha milkshake but as it goes it was not as bad as I had expected!
Am missing my normal morning cuppa though, but guess I will get used to that! Instead I must replace it with 2 litres of water a day, not somthing I am good at at the best of times so will be good practice!

Well that's one meal down, plenty more to go......
